Project Meetings and Activities

For this project, we planned three Transnational Meetings, each lasting two days. These meetings were attended by two coordinators from each involved entity. Their roles were crucial for the correct implementation of the project and for maximizing its impact:

A kick off meeting in Santander (Spain) from 3rd to 4th February 2023 to initiate the project and get to know each other.

An intermediate meeting in Bucharest (Romania) from 7th to 8th November 2023 to review the first year project and to start implementing the second half of the project.

A final meeting in Český Těšín (Czech Republic) in September 2024 to give closure to the project and to discuss its sustainability.

ACHIEVING THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities (LTTAs)

For this project, two participatory visits and one training course were planned to achieve the project objectives:

We organized an 8-day training course in Spain focused on Youth’s Emotional Management
The goal was to acquire a wide range of tools on emotional management to counteract the mental effects of Covid-19 on youth
This visit was attended by 8 youth workers from each entity.

2. A Participatory Visit to the Czech Republic: 14th to 16th October 2023

To transfer best practices and tools in healthy lifestyles and community building.
The objective of this activity was to transfer Emotional Management (EM) tools and approaches to youth workers and young participants from Petrklíč Help, z.s., CFCECAS and PASOS.
Each involved organization sent 2 participants.

3. A Participatory Visit to Romania: 19th to 21st March 2024

The findings and conclusions from this visit were also included in the Online Platform.
This visit was attended by 2 youth workers from each entity.
